Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
We offer an easy exchange or return policy for all our products, no questions asked. You can raise an exchange or return request for any outerwear product within 7 days of its delivery.
If you do not like how your garment fits or looks, you can request for it to be exchanged for an alternate size or color.
Prefer a return instead? We’ll issue you a refund for the price of the product. Please note the shipping fees will not be refunded. The amount will be credited back to the original source of payment within 15 business days.
Here’s how you go about this:
Step 1: Contact our customer support team. Email us on email@example.com
Step 2: Share your order details and request an exchange or return. Please share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
Step 3: We will pick up the products within 7 business days. We will initiate the exchange or return process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
Note: If we’re unable to process an exchange due to unavailability of the product for any reason, we’ll offer you a coupon code of the same amount as the product.
We will not be able to offer an return or exchange if:
The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.
- The product is returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, freebies and other accessories or if the original packaging is damaged.
- Defective products that are not covered under seller/manufacturer’s warranty.
- The product is used or altered.
- Please note: For select marketing campaigns or sale periods, special exchange/ return rules may apply. Information regarding this is mentioned on the promotion banner. For any clarification, please feel free to get in touch with our customer care team.
Terms and conditions for returns and exchanges:
Please do not return any product before receiving any confirmation from our team. In case any product is returned without confirmation, we do not guarantee we’ll be able to process your request. Once we receive the products, our quality control team will examine them for all defects or variations, based on your claim. Upon confirmation from our quality control team that your return fulfills all the conditions mentioned above, we will initiate your exchange or return request. We will send you an email and SMS to let you know if your return has been accepted or rejected. The refund amount will be credited back to the original source of payment within 15 business days.
Returns will be accepted only for products purchased on this website. Products bought from other stores/websites cannot be returned to us.
If we find that a customer is misusing the exchanges and refunds policy, we reserve the right to refuse the request.
Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders’ place & delivery in India):
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on firstname.lastname@example.org (Monday to Saturday, 8AM to 10PM and Sunday, 10AM to 7PM)
In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
